The first trial run of the freight train from the port of Latakia to the dry port in the Adra Free Zone has begun, after a 14-year hiatus. The first trip arrived carrying dozens of containers, in a step that reflects the reactivation of railway transport lines and the linking of seaports with internal logistics centers.
